Aquastat

The Featherman Scalder aquastat comes preset at the perfect scald temperature, and allows no more than a 5° temperature swing. The aquastat is also adjustable, should the need arise when processing other birds that require a higher/lower scald temperature. Please refer to our Scalder Manual for trouble shooting steps prior to ordering and to ensure you are purchasing the correct part.
