Gamebird Plucker:

Identical to the Featherman PRO except the Gamebird plucker is packed with 239 fingers spaced tightly together to pluck even the smallest birds. If you are processing quail, dove, or squab, this plucker is for you! These all pluck beautifully with the Gamebird. The soft fingers are gentler on the smaller, thin-skinned, and gun-shot birds. The Gamebird plucker is a must-have piece of equipment for every small game-bird hunter/processor saving both time and energy while maximizing your profits. Scalder:

The goal: No pin feathers. Period. This only happens with a perfect scald. The Featherman stainless scalder holds a constant water temperature to help you achieve that perfect scald. Made of 16 gauge stainless steel with a 100,000 BTU propane burner, temperature control within a 5-degree range, and sized to scald 4 chickens at a time. Works well for turkeys too! Either hand dunk birds or purchase a Manual Dunker or Automated Roto Dunker.

Roto-Dunker:

The Roto-Dunker fits on top of the Featherman scalder for hands-free and back-free scalding. The Roto-Dunker’s dual baskets can handle two 5lb birds* each. That’s up to 20 lbs total! Our baskets are turned by a custom-built low RPM motor in a stainless steel housing. The slow steady speed provides a consistency of scald that is exceptional & is also very forgiving because the birds are only in the scalding water half the time. In addition, this aids in maintaining a more steady water temperature. There are no pinch points as the rotation easily stops in the event of an obstruction, making the Roto-Dunker very safe.

At 4 rotations per minute, there is no need for a timer, no need to worry about a start/stop switch. It scalds birds up to about five pounds dressed weight, the operation is silent, and produces a consistent scald every time. The Roto-Dunker is like having an extra man in the processing crew!
