• Broiler Kill Cone
• Evisceration Shackle

Kill cone:

• Made of high-grade, 26 gauge 3042B mill-finish stainless steel with pre-drilled hole. Our Broiler Kill Cone holds poultry 3 to 7 pounds dressed weight.

Evisceration Shackles:

• Stainless steel and precision laser cut, our shackles can be hung anywhere. They can be used for both plucking and evisceration. Evisceration shackles also keep the chickens cleaner during processing. Allow gravity to do most of the work and give your back a break!

Poultry Processing Boning Knife:

• Swiss made knife perfect for most operations in poultry processing. Used for Kill, Evisceration, and removing legs.
