Inspect Shipment for Damages
Please inspect freight carefully for damage. If freight is damaged, have the driver note the damage on the BOL. This is the only way we can start the claim process with a carrier. Featherman Equipment cannot be liable for any unclaimed shipping damages. All claims for damaged, missing, or wrong parts must be made within 5 days of receipt via: courtney@feathermanequipment.com

Call Prior to Delivery
Most freight companies will contact the consignee (customer) prior to residential delivery to set up a delivery time/day. If the freight company cannot reach the consignee, any and all storage fees are the responsibility of the consignee.
