How to use the Featherman Turkey plucker with 6 Chickens

Watch the Featherman Turkey Plucker pluck larger quantities of broilers at Cobb Creek Farm in Hillboro, Texas. This model is simply a larger version of the Featherman PRO except that it can pluck up to 75 pounds of poultry, including turkeys and larger quantities of chicken (8-10 broilers). You will see six 7 lb dressed weight broilers in this video which Cobb Creek has found to be an efficient quantity for their processing line.

Notice the automatic water shut off valve with a foot switch which is an accessory that makes the process easier and less hand intensive.
