The Featherman Scalder-PRO High Capacity is a game changer! With only a 10 minute start up time, our commercial-grade scalder starts fast & provides an extremely consistent scald. Available with a 30″ tank (ideal for broilers) or a 48″ tank (ideal for turkeys) our Scalder PRO is the perfect addition to your commercial set ip.
Constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel with fully automated temperature & rotation controls. With an outstanding capacity of 350 birds per hour, our Scalder-PRO helps keep processing speeds high. The rotational scald table stops with birds out of the water to prevent over scalding & save operator time. Additionally, the water temperature system adds hot fresh-water while simultaneously draining dirty water from the bottom of the tank. This unique feature helps to keep the scalding water clean minimizing time & water waste. It also comes equipped with a 199,000 BTU tankless water heater which is available in Liquid Propane or Natural Gas. There are no ventilation concerns because there are no open flames. The digital time and temperature controls are displayed in a clear and impact-resistant box which allows the user to easily adjust settings.
